Book a Session

I offer one free session so that you can try IFS at no cost and to see if we are a good fit to move forward! The following sessions are currently $125 each. There is a $50 cancellation fee for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of our scheduled time together. If you cancel the initial session within 24 hours of our appointment time, the following session will be a paid session. Please note that I don’t bill insurance, so all payments are made via credit card, Venmo, or PayPal. Your credit card will be required to book a session, but you will not be charged until after the session.
